Horizon Edge Residence

Horizon Edge Residence is defined by a dramatic cantilevered flat roof, its warm timber underside glowing against dark metal walls below. Set on open, elevated land, the house is oriented to frame long horizon views from every principal room, with deep overhangs providing shade and shelter without interrupting the sightlines. The result is a home that feels both grounded and quietly dramatic.

The main living wing runs the full width of the site, giving every principal room the same uninterrupted horizon view rather than reserving it for a single feature window. A sunken terrace off the kitchen is cut into the slope, sheltered from wind on three sides. The primary suite sits at the quiet end of the plan, furthest from the entry.

All designs and floor plans can be customised to suit individual needs.
