Most residential designs start from a floor plan, then get placed onto a site, rather than starting with the site and letting the house grow out of it. A generic layout gets rotated to face the road instead of the view. Rooms get sized to a spec sheet instead of the way light actually moves across your plot through the day.

Before we speak, our director studies your existing drawings alongside your site — its orientation, views, levels and light — to see exactly where the current design works against the land instead of with it.
A live, one-to-one video session with Alex. We walk through your plans together, talk through what's not working, and explore two or three genuinely different directions to fix it.
Within 5 working days, a written and visually annotated PDF: specific, actionable changes to massing, materials, glazing and layout — ready to hand straight to your architect or designer.

No, and it's not meant to. The Design Session gives you clear, expert direction — what to change and why. You then take that direction to your existing architect, designer or builder to implement, or ask us to develop it further ourselves.
Yes. Whatever stage you're at, from a rough sketch to fully drawn planning plans, our director can review what you have and tell you honestly where the opportunity is.
Wonderful — that's exactly what our Concept Packages are for, and your £495 is credited in full toward the cost.
Typically 1–2 weeks from booking to receiving Your Design Reimagined package, depending on how quickly you can share your drawings ahead of the session.
Yes. We work with clients across the UK, Europe, North America and Australia, entirely remotely, so wherever your site is, distance isn't a barrier.
The fee covers your director's dedicated preparation time, the live session itself, and the full written package that follows, so it isn't refundable once your session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, just let us know and we'll find a new time.
